A 32-year staff member of Metro Water Services, Glen Doss has performed a number of maintenance, operational, managerial, and administrative roles at all 5 of the Metro Water Services' water and wastewater treatment facilities. With the current title of Assistant Director, Glen is responsible for all Water Operations. This includes (2) 90 MGD water treatment plants, 35 reservoirs, and several PRV sites in the distribution system. Glen has earned an Associate of Science in Electrical Engineering Technologies and a Bachelor of Business Administration with a focus on Acquisitions and Contract Management. Glen holds a TN Water Treatment Grade 4 license and a TN Wastewater Grade 4 license as well. He enjoys bowling, sport clay shooting, hunting, and above all boating.
