Mr. Kizer is a licensed professional engineer in several other southern states and has worked as a water and wastewater consulting engineer for more than 38 years. Throughout his career, Mr. Kizer specialized in the design of water and wastewater treatment processes and is also an experienced design/build project manager. Jim serves as the Water Technology Director and a senior process engineer for Ardurra.

For the Phase 1 Calls Creek WRF Progressive Design-Build Project, Jim served as the Project Manager and Senior Wastewater Process Engineer and worked with the DB Team to develop the conceptual plan for upgrading and expanding the treatment plant. Jim currently serve as the senior process engineer for the Phase 2 Calls Creek WRF CMAR Expansion project.
