Description
A simple program in SCADA or at a local device can be used to estimate flow rates at pumping stations, reservoirs and EQ tanks. Presentation will focus on how to write and use the program and the different ways it is currently being used at Metro Water Services. This is not a complete substitution for a flow meter, but it is a good approximation that can be used for troubleshooting.
