                                        Description
For many years many utilities have been chasing I/I removal from their wastewater systems. Technology has progressively improved, opening the opportunity for various sets of online tools to be utilized to assist with the design, communicate with the owner, and track construction progress. All of these tools can be combined to build inherent efficiencies into project workflows to ensure that I/I removal goals are met within budget and on time. This paper will explore one such project as a case study where the online tools were developed in the beginning with a Sanitary Sewer Evaluation Survey and carried all the way through construction and even utilized during a post construction flow monitoring study to measure the success of the project.
